Frog Hollow Catering was set up in 2006 and specialises in bespoke party catering and celebration cake design.
I mainly provide a catering service to local clients in and around the Portsmouth and Chichester areas but have also been known to go as far afield as London.
My aim is to provide the highest standard of food and service, tailored to my client’s exact requirements. All the food is prepared by Frog Hollow Catering, using the highest quality, fresh, local ingredients. I do not buy ready prepared food unless it is a specialist product.
My menus use seasonal ingredients and I endeavor to use as much local produce as possible to not only support my community but also to ensure the ingredients are fresh and full of flavors.
I find it most exciting to discover new ingredients in my local area for example cheese, fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. I especially enjoy seeking out these interesting ingredients and trying them out on my family and friends before adding them to my menus.
When devising my menus for my clients, one of my first checks is to ascertain if there are any dietary requirements I need to be aware of. I have had a great deal of experience catering for all sorts of different diets and can supply special menus for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs, dairy and nut intolerance sufferers. I can also supply children’s menus if required.
I am extremely committed to my job, and have a real passion for it. I would like my clients to feel their party plans are in safe hands. My aim is for the client to enjoy their event and to be able to spend time with their guests and not have to worry about the arrangements or catering.
When a client contacts me regarding a catering event, I ask a lot of questions, so that I can collect all the information necessary to give the most accurate quote. I like to visit my clients either at their home or the venue for their party, I can then get a real picture of exactly what their requirements are. To obtain a smooth running event, it is the attention to detail that is really important.
I can arrange the hire of glasses, cutlery, crockery, linen and catering equipment. I have trained a great team of staff who will serve drinks and food throughout your party. We can even do the washing up!!! I take full responsibility to ensure the venue is left clean and tidy before my staff and I leave at the end of the event.
